As per the version of F.I.R. and the statement of the informant/ victim under Section 180 BNSS specific role of committing rape upon her has been assigned to the co-accused, Dilshad, whereas, the other accused named in the F.I.R. including the applicant has are said to have assaulted the victim. One co-accused, Naushad, against whom there is no allegation of rape as has been also made against the present applicant, has already been enlarged on bail, thus, applicant may also be enlarged on bail.
