Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and peruse d the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the informant /victim has lodged the F.I.R., wherein it has been alleged that the applicant had established physical relations on the pretext of marriage but has solemnised marriage with another girl. Learned counsel argued that no such promise was ever made by the applicant and therefore the ingredients of Section 69 of B.N.S. is not attracted in present case.
