The ossification test of the victim shows that the victim is aged about 17-18 years, the same is taken on record. 2. None appears either for the Child Welfare Committee, District Bulandshahr or for the for the High Court Legal Services. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Hakim Kumar Kesarwani, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Sakshi Srivastava, learned counsel counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that though the victim has levelled allegaiton of rape against the applicant, however, the medical examination report of the victim shows that there is no mark of injury of fresh injury seen on
