Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the F.I.R. the informant made allegation that on the date of occurrence when his minor daughter aged about 17 years and 10 months was alone the applicant came there and molested her. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim states that neither the applicant had molested her, nor he had committed her rape, whereas, in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS the victim has made allegation of rape against the applicant.
