Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. dated 10.5.2025 was lodged under Sections 87, 137(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act with the allegation that the applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she went on her own volition with the applicant to Ramnagar and they solemnized marriage in a temple and she made physical relations with the applicant and she wants to live with the applicant.
