Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged by the mother of the victim stating therein that applicant had enticed away her minor daughter aged about 17 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she went on her own on being annoyed with her family members and reached Banda, thereafter, she reached at Hyderabad where she did job in a company and where the applicant met her, thereafter, they solemnized court marriage in Banda and now she is pregnant and wants to live with the applicant.
