Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. dated 6.4.2025 was lodged under Sections 87, 137(2), 64 of B.N.S. and Section 5M/6, 11(4)/12 of POCSO Act with the allegation that on 5.4.2025, the applicant had enticed away the daughter, aged about 18 years, of the informant. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she went on her own with the applicant and they solemnized marriage and they lived together as husband and wife and now she is having pregnancy and she is still living at the house of the applicant. Learned counsel further submits that as per statements of the victim she appears to be a consenting party and applicant
