Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegations against the applicant is that the informant's daughter has been enticed away by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the role of assistance has been assigned to the applicant. Learned counsel further argued that the victim has stated in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., that she had gone with the accused Prem Singh and stayed at Khurja in a room where physical relations were also established, however in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., she has levelled allegations of rape against the accused Prem Singh but the role of the applicant is same
