The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant Shabnam seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 300 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Kosi Kalan, District Mathura with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Allegations levelled against the applicant are false. It is further submitted that the job was offered to the present applicant in the year 2006 whereas the F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2023.
