The present Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 24.08.2022 and 27.08.2022, passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hapur, in Sessions Trial No. 239 of 2019 (State of U.P. Vs. Latafat and Another) 2 CRLA No. - 6808 of 2022 arising out of case crime No. 244 of 2019 under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Garhmukteshwar, District- Hapur. 2. By the impugned judgment and order, the Appellant- Latafat has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life under Section 302 I.P.C. along with fine of Rs. 50,000/- and in default of payment of fine appellant
