Correction Application No. 2 of 2025 This correction application has been moved on account of an inadvertent error in the judgment and order dated 09.12.2025 directing appellant no. 3, Bakuni to be released forthwith, if not wanted in any other case under the mistaken impression that he was in jail. The fact, that has been brought to our notice is that appellant no. 3, Bakuni was released on bail on 05.04.1990. In this view of the matter, we direct that paragraph no. 29 of our judgment and order dated 09.12.2025 commencing with the words, "The appellant No. 3, Bakuni................." and ending with the words "....if not wanted in any other case" shall stand deleted and in its place following paragraph numbered as 29 substituted: "29. The appellant no. 3, Bakuni is on bail. He need not surrender. His bail bonds are cancelled and sureties dischar
