The prosecution story according to the written F.I.R Ext. Ka-2 is that on 24.12.1981 complainant, Ravindra Singh, along with his brother, Dhirendra Singh (deceased of the case) went to the Christian Inter College field to watch Sundi Memorial Tournament.
