The present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 03.12.1984 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Fatehpur, in S.T. No. 419 of 1983 convicting and sentencing the appellants under sections 302/34 IPC and appellant no.2 under section 404 IPC for life imprisonment and 3 years rigorous imprisonment.
