The above noted criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 03.12.1985 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur, in Sessions Trial No.63/M of 1984 sentencing and convicting the appellant under Section 302 IPC for life imprisonment. 3. The prosecution case is that Vijay Singh had a separate quarter in Munna Lal Street, Parade, Beconganj Kanpur. His other brothers lived in another house in the vicinity. Smt.
