From perusal of the order-sheet, it is evident that the present appeal quo appellant nos.1 and 3 namely, Pankaj and Ram Kishan has already been dismissed as abated by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 2.4.2018 . 2. As per office report dated 17.11.2025, based upon the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 11.09.2025, appellant no.2, Chhotey Lal has already died. 3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid report of C.J.M., Mainpuri, the criminal appeal qua appellant no2 namely, Chhotey Lal is dismissed as having been abated. 4.
