This appeal has been ordered to abate at the instance of appellant no. 1, Richpal Singh, appellant no. 2, Singara Singh and appellant no. 4, Bagga Singh vide order dated 3rd August, 2018. This appeal was surviving at the instance of appellant no. 2, Suchcha Singh alone. On 30.08.2018, a Division Bench of this Court, passed the following order. "The computer section of the Registry is directed to ensure that name of appellant No. 1/Ridhpal shown in the cause title be corrected as Richpal instead of Ridhpal. The report further indicates that appellant No. 3, Suchcha Singh was served in Rampur, Jail, yet no one appeared on his behalf. List in the week commenting 12.11.2018 for hearing."
