The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 11.11.1983 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Budaun, in Sessions Trial No. 380 of 1981 convicting and sentencing the appellants under section 302/34 IPC for life imprisonment and under section 323/34 IPC for six months of rigours imprisonment each of the appellants.
