The present Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the judgment and order dated 03.11.1987, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Lalitpur, in Sessions Trial No. 79 of 1986, under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Case Crime No. 91 of 1986, Police Station- Mandawara, District- Lalitpur.
