The present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 18.5.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Kanpur Nagar, in Sessions Trial No. 1070 of 2005, convicting the appellant under Sections 302/34, 394 and 411 IPC and sentencing him under Section 302/34 IPC for life imprisonment, a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and in the case of default an additional rigorous imprisonment of 1 year under; under Section 394 IPC for 10 years of rigorous imprisonment, a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and in the event of default an additional rigorous imprisonment of 1 year; and under Section 411 IPC for 2 years of rigorous imprisonment, a fine of Rs. 5,000/- and in event of default an additional 6 months rigorous imprisonment.
