This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 12.9.1985 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Mathura, in Sessions Trial No. 360 of 1984 convicting and sentencing the appellants to undergo life imprisonment under Sections 302 and 302/34 IPC. 3. Brief facts of the case are that accused, Smt.Shanti, is mother of accused, Rameshwar. It is alleged that one, Babli alias Kamlesh, aged about 14 or 15 years, lived with her widowed, mother Smt.
