As per office report dated 11.08.2025, based upon the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah dated 06.08.2025, appellant no.2, Ram Narain has already died. 3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid report of C.J.M., Etawah, the criminal appeal qua appellant no2 namely, Ram Narain is dismissed as having been abated. 4.
