Perusal of instructions shows that the appellant no. 3 namely Saiku Patel s/o Ram Prasad Patel @ Nanka has died on 06.01.2026. 3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid instructions, the instant criminal appeal qua appellant no. 3 Saiku Patel stands abated. 4. Vide order dated 10.08.2018 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the instant criminal appeal qua appellant nos. 1 and 2 namely Ashok and Malloo was abated. 5.
