As per office report dated 13.01.2026 based upon the report of CJM, Auraiya dated 08.12.2025, appellant no.1 (Brijesh Kumar) has died 15 years back. Death certificate issued by the Pradhan, Gram Panchyat, Asjana, Auraiya is also annexed with the said report. 3. Taking into consideration the report of CJM, Auraiya and the report of the Gram Pradhan, the instant appeal qua appellant no.1 (Brijesh Kumar) is dismissed as having been abated. 4.
