The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 443/2023 registered at Police Station Janakpuri for commission of offences under Sections 279/337 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2. An accident had taken place on 09.11.2023. Respondent nos. 2 & 3 were walking on road when a motorcycle came at a fast speed in a rash and negligent manner and hit respondent no. 3 Ms. Rina Devi. 3. Accident resulted in simple injuries to her. 4.
