Complainant, Smt. Shashi Ojha is present in person and shows the Whatsapp chat, which was forwarded to the applicant on his mobile prior to the issuance of the death certificate. She also stated that her village pradhan also informs to the applicant that complainant - Shashi Ojha is alive but ignoring all these information, he conceded the letter of village pradhan, who has no concerned and issued the death certificate. 5.
