This appeal is directed against order dated 18.10.2024 passed by Commercial Court, Prayagraj, whereby the application filed by the appellants under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been disposed of with liberty to file the same before the competent court having jurisdiction. 2. On 14.01.2026, counsel for the appellants was granted time to make submissions regarding maintainability of the appeal in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Hindustan Copper Limited Vs.
