Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0502/2025, registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar for commission of offence under Section 318(4) (corresponding Section 420 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. As per the broad averments appearing in the FIR, complainant-Mr. Nand Kishore (respondent No.2 herein), used to sell biryani on a rehri (hand cart).
