The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant - Anamika Prakashan under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter ‘the CPC’), inter alia, challenging the impugned order dated 7th July, 2025 passed by the ld. District Judge-12, Commercial Court, Central, Delhi in an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the CPC in the Contempt Petition No. 21/24 titled Vani Prakashan (through Proprietor Ms Ameeta Maheshwari) v. Mahendra Mishra (deceased) through LRs & Anr. 3.
