Both these abovesaid petitions, being connected, are taken up together. 2. In CRL.M.C. 1292/2026, petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 224/2017 dated 23.07.2017, under Sections 308/342/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Sonia Vihar. 3. As per the bare averments appearing in abovesaid FIR, the complainant i.e. Mr. Rajender @ Raju was returning home on 23.07.2017, when all the accused persons came on motorcycles and hit him on his head and dragged him to their office where even bullets were fired and some empty cartridges were, as alleged, put into the pocket of the complainant.
