Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant is involved in an investment related fraud, for which multiple FIRs were registered against him. It is submitted by learned counsel for accused/applicant and confirmed by the IO that in Delhi, only one FIR was registered against the accused/applicant, in which he has filed the present application.
