Narela, for commission of offences under Sections 323/354(B)/509/34/354 of IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Complainant (respondent No.2) reported on 01.05.2017 that when she was present at her house situated in Bawana, all the accused persons came outside her house and started putting a banner on the gate of her house. When she objected to the same, all the accused started abusing her and used filthy language. When she came down, she was given fist blows and her clothes were, reportedly, torn and her modesty was outraged by touching her inappropriately.
