W.P.(C) 4342/2026 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the orders dated 11.03.2026 and 27.03.2026 passed in LID 328/18 by the POLC-III/Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi. 4. By way of order dated 27.03.2026 inter-alia the opportunity of petitioner to advance argument on its application seeking to recall one of the witnesses of respondent no.2 (i.e., M2W1 before Labour Court) for his further cross-examination, was closed. 5.
