Heard Ms. Pooja Talwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.P. Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The counsel for the rival parties have made a joint statement that they do not propose to file any further affidavits thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that is that it happens to be a registered dealer having valid GSTIN No. 09CFEPS4374G2ZI under UPGST Act, 2017. As per the petitioner, scrutiny for the relevant financial year 2018-19 came to be instituted conducted pursuant to the notice being ASMT-10 dated 20.10.2023, according to the petitioner, it was mentioned in the tabulated chart that the reply was to be submitted by 20.11.2023 but in the column pertaining to date of personal hearing, time of personal hearing, and venue where personal hearing will be held 'NA' was mentioned.
