Contention of learned counsel for the bank is that the judgments and orders passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) cannot be sustained even for a moment, inasmuch as both the trial court have misconstrued the entire controversy and have proceeded to decide issues which were never before them.
