Sri Bupendra Kumar Tripathi appears on behalf of respondent no. 4. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.06.2023 and order dated 03.01.2025 by means of which the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been finalised against the petitioner and the eviction order is passed against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the entire proceedings have been initiated exparte against the petitioner, inasmuch as, after the death of the husband name of the wife, namely, the petitioner i.e. Badama Devi and seven sons have been recorded.
