The instant writ petition has been filed inter alia for the following relief : "i. To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 4 for allotment of remaining 2% Develop Land to the petitioners in lieu of land comprising of Khasara No. 905 area 0.4660 Hect. of Revenue Village Patwari, Pargana Dadri, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Buddh Nagar which was acquired by the Notification dated 12.03.2008 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act and Declaration dated 30.06.2008 under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act. ii. To issue writ, order or direction in the nature
