This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection of the petitioners' claim under the scheme of Mukhymantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana by an order dated 26.10.2023 passed by the respondent No.3 on the ground that the petitioners had made their claim belatedly after a period of 90 days. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners relies upon the judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Smt. Sarvesh Devi Vs.
