It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute in the present pertains to nazul plot no.33/4 and, 33/6, situated in Nigakka Tansenganj, City and District Sitapur. According to the petitioner, the said land was given on lease to the father-in-law of the petitioner, namely, Someshwar Dutt Shukla over which he had made a building known as 'Rampa Mahal' in the year 1935.
