By means of the instant petition, the petitioners have challenged the validity of an order dated 17.10.2024 passed by the Controlling Authority, Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 cum Assistant Labour Commissioner in P.G. Case No.134 of 2021 holding that the opposite party No.3 is entitled to receive gratuity by including his entire service, including the service rendered since his initial appointment on 01.02.1984 as daily wager, till his regularization on 24.09.2007.
