Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State–respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.6. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has raised permanent construction on Gata No. 491, admeasuring 0.5310 hectare, situated at Naya Mahaveer Ka Purwa, Lucknow. The said construction has been made on the land described as abadi in the revenue records. 3. The grievance raised in the present petition is with regard to the notice issued by respondent no.5 stating that, for the purposes of widening of the road, the house of the petitioner exists on public land and the petitioner is being asked to remove the said construction, failing which the respondents sha
