It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that under the provisions of Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna issued on 28.02.2020, the petitioner has filed a claim with regard to death of her husband who had died due to electrocution and the said claim has been rejected by the respondents by means of order dated 01.05.2025 which has been communicated to the petitioner on 30.06.2025 which has been assailed in the present writ petition 3.
