It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and respondents no. 8 and 9 are real brothers and co-sharers in land bearing gata no. 1317/0.250 hectare and their names are also recorded in the revenue records. One of the brothers i.e. respondent no. 8 sold his share of land to respondents no. 10 to 13 without there being any partition and also seeks to hand over possession of the road side of land due to which difference have arisen between the parties and respondents no. 8 to 12 have filed Civil Suit No. 86 of 2025 in re: Pradeep Kumar Srivastav vs
