Mathur learned counsel for the petitioners who has filed a supplementary affidavit which is taken on record. The instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.01.2026 passed by the Executing Court rejecting the objection raised by the petitioners regarding the execution of the decree. This order dated 02.01.2026 was assailed by the petitioner by filing a civil revision no.11 of 2026 which also came to be dismissed by A.D.J Court No.8, Lucknow by means of the order dated 11.03.2026. Thus, the two orders aforesaid are under challenge in this petition.
