Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the respondent No.2 i.e. Regional Passport Officer, Passport Office, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, to issue the passport in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice." 3.
