This Court on 07.04.2026 has passed the following order which reads as under:- "Heard Ms. Mohitma Badkur, leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner under the authority of Sri Shashank Shekhar Mishra, Advocate. The petitioner has instituted the instant petition assailing the ex- parte award dated 03.10.2022. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner never filed any claim before the respondent no. 3 at Shahjahanpur. It is urged that an ex-parte award has been passed and it is at a later stage when the petitioner became aware, she has instituted the instant petition assailing the said order on the ground of impersonation and that of territorial jurisdiction. The learned Standing Counsel for the State on the other hand on the basis of the instructions, a copy of which has been provi
