Under challenge is the order dated 02.01.2026 passed by the Special Judge, P.C., Act III, Lucknow in Land Acquisition Case No.06 of 2024 (State of U.P. vs Ramzar and Ors) whereby a reference made to the Court in terms of Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 has been rejected.
