It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he purchased a residential plot situated at Mohalla Padao, Ashokpur, Nawabganj, District Gonda from its owner, namely, Ram Autar through registered sale deed dated 15.03.2004. On the basis of the said sale deed, the petitioner moved an application before the Nagar Palika Parishad, Nawabganj, District Gonda for mutating his name in the revenue records.
