Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially opposite party no- 2 to renew/re-issue the passport of the petitioner bearing Passport No.P0759421, vide ARN No. 25-2002416494 through India Passport Application Centre, Makkah, dated 08.05.2025 (Reference No. SAUA67753910456/1), which has been denied solely on the ground of pendency of a criminal case, despite settled law permitting issuance/renewal subject to permission of the
