The present writ petition has been filed challenging order dated 20.12.1999 and 12.5.2000 passed by the Prescribed Authority. 2. Factual matrix of the case is that notice under 10(2) was served on the original tenure holder namely Shiv Dutt Singh (opposite party no.1). Tenure holder filed objection on 27.3.1998. Prescribed Authority declared 11.3000 hectares in terms of irrigated land and rest of the land i.e. 4-278 hectares declared as surplus. Opposite party no.1 preferred appeal before opposite party no.6 on 20.12.1999. The Appellate Court remanded the matter back to the Prescribed Authority to consider the relevant material which was left out for consideration by the Prescribed Authority. The Prescribed Authority passed
