Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.12.2020 whereby, the application preferred by the petitioners under Section 82 of the U.P. Revenue Code has been dismissed as well as the order dated 27.11.2025 whereby, the revision preferred against the order dated 28.12.2020 has been dismissed. 3. The facts in brief are that the petitioners are the recorded tenure holders with transferable rights in respect of the property owned by them. It is on record that by means of an order dated 10.03.2017, on an application filed by the petitioners under Section 80 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the property was declared as non-agricultural for industrial purpose. Subsequently, the petitioners could not start industry and as they were carrying agricultural a
